Nutmuttern GN 1804.1 sind durch die Polyamideinlage selbstsichernd. Sie sind daher auch als Stellmutter einsetzbar und lassen sich außerdem mehrmals verwenden.
Die Gewindereihe entspricht zum Großteil Wälzlager-Nutmuttern nach DIN 981. Mit den darüber hinaus erhältlichen Abmessungen werden gängige Gewindegrößen im Maschinen- und Vorrichtungsbau abgedeckt.
