Elesa+Ganter offers a wide range of indexing plungers for different applications, also special versions of Hygienic Design Indexing elements. Indexing elements are designed to reproduce locked positions defined by indexing bores. Indexing plungers are made up of a threaded body with or without a knob and a plunger, in different high-quality materials: hardened steel, stainless steel and SUPER-technopolymer.Plungers in burnished steel have hardened ends for better performance in the locking operation. Some positioning elements provide a series of rest position for the plunger in the retracted position by the rotation of the knob. The threaded body is available in different lengths and diameters to meet most of the requirements of the mechanical industry. Also included in this large range of products are indexing plungers with incorporated safety devices to prevent accidental movement of the quick release pin.
