Thrust pads DIN 6311 are used with grub screws DIN 6332 and tommy screws DIN 6304 or DIN 6306 . Due to the pivoting connection between the thrust pin and thrust pad, they adapt to clamping surfaces that are uneven or not perpendicular to the screw axis, and at the same time prevent transmission of the rotational movement of the screw to the clamping surface during clamping.

Assembly is made easier if the thrust pin is positioned at an angle against the closed side of the snap ring and then pressed it in, see assembly instruction.

  • DIN 6304 Tommy Screws (Steel, with Fixed Bar)
  • DIN 6306  Tommy Screws (Steel), with Movable Bar
