Polyurethane wheels

Polyurethane wheels injected or moulded are particularly suitable for manual or mechanical towing on smooth surfaces, also in ESD Protected environments. The central body of the wheels can be polymer, aluminium or cast iron. Supports with fixed or rotating plate are available in different materials for medium-heavy, heavy or extra-heavy loads and with or without brake.The injected polyurethane wheels are also available in stainless steel version, ideal for use in regulated areas where the use of corrosion-resistant materials is mandatory. Moulded polyurethane wheels have good elasticity characteristics, featured with medium-high levels of mechanical resistance to compression and traction. Injected wheels offer high hardness.
