Elesa+Ganter offers a wide range of hinges available in technopolymer, SUPER-technopolymer, steel, aluminium, die-casting or stainless steel. Industrial hinges are ideal for many applications, from food processing to agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and metalworking machinery.For each product code Elesa+Ganter provides two values: maximum working load, which represents a safe force, guaranteeing the functionality of the hinge; and breaking load, beyond which a break of the plastic material can occur. In the range you can also find: - Hinges made of high corrosion resistant steel A4 - Visually detectable hinge, characterised by RAL 5005 blue colour, easily visible in case of accidental food contamination;- Metal detectable hinge, RAL 5001 blue colour with additives in the plastic material, detectable at a cubic particle size of 5mm per side by the most common metal detector.
