Bearing end caps

Elesa+Ganter bearing end caps are designed and manufactured for square or round tubing. They come in plastic (technopolymer) with threaded steel inserts and are intended for assembly on metal profiles to support structures. They are held inside the tube by the slightly tapered insert section.This product family is optimized by having insert bushings made of aluminium or stainless steel, which can be used for round tubes and also for square tubes.The range also includes support connectors completely made of technopolymer to support light loads that are easy to assemble without the use of screws or other fastening components. This includes uses for square tube expansion, which thanks to the tapered shape of the cavities, exerts pressure on the inner walls of the tube, guaranteeing the connection's tensile strength. For connecting sections there are connectors with one, two or even three connecting legs with adjustable angles, in black or grey high-tech polymer. The assembly of our square tube connectors can be performed simply by forcing the connector inside the profile, without the need for screws or other tools.
