Direct drive indicators

Direct drive indicators are directly mounted on control spindles in any position and connected to the machine by means of a rear pin. Direct drive position indicators are available in three different sizes and with burnished steel or AISI 304 stainless steel bushes. Rotary controls of this family include:- Mechanical position indicators, which feature a technopolymer base and containment case, available in 3 colours (orange, grey, grey-black). The base and the case are ultrasonically welded to avoid penetration of dust and detachment in use.- Electronic position indicators allow reading of the absolute or incremental positioning of a machine part. They are powered by an internal battery. Due to programmable parameters, the electronic position indicators can be used for multiple applications which require different steps of the drive shaft, directions of rotation and units of measurement. The visor in transparent technopolymer protects the LCD display from accidental bumps. In the range of direct drive indicators also the new indicator with data transmission via radio frequency. The position indicators ìare networked to the control unit via radio frequency, so that no connection cables are needed for quick and easy installation. The current position and the target position, to and from the control unit, are transmitted via radio frequency facilitating the machine set-up.In the group of direct drive indicators, you can also find magnetic measuring systems. Featuring an integrated magnetic position sensor, combined with the magnetic strip, they represent a complete system for measuring linear and angular displacements.
