Assembly ends
Glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene based (PP) technopolymer, suitable for contact with acid or base liquids, RAL 7024 grey colour.
Produced from FDA compliant raw material (FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011).
Support
Aluminium in natural colour.
Transparent front protection
Polycarbonate (PC) plate. Can be removed for cleaning by levering with a screwdriver at the base of the protection to release the retaining undercut (see instructions on the plate).
Level tubular window
Borosilicate glass transparent tube.
Graduated contrast screen
White lacquered aluminium. It can be taken out before assembly to allow the insertion of level lines or words.
Screws, nuts and washers
AISI 316 stainless steel.
Packing rings
Red silicone VMQ 70ShA.
Produced from FDA compliant raw material (FDA CFR.21).
Features and performances
Thanks to the Polypropylene (PP) assembly ends, the AISI 316 stainless steel fixing screws and the silicone packing rings, the HCK-PP level indicator is highly resistant to acids, bases, and solvents. It is not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons. Maximum fluid level visibility even from side positions.
Technical data
In laboratory tests carried out for a relatively limited time with the following liquids at a temperature of 23° C: mineral oil type CB68 (according to ISO 3498), water, or water/glycol-based solutions (50%), the resistance values were higher than 20 bar.
Maximum continuous working temperature: 80°C.
It was also found to be resistant for many hours with pressures of 5/6 bar using standard test fluids, oil, water, and solutions containing glycol.

In any case we suggest to verify the suitability of the product under the actual working conditions.
Special executions on request
- Indicators with level visibility (see value 'e') up to 1444 mm and fixing holes with hole centre distance up to 1.500 mm.
Packing rings in special material depending on the customer's needs.
